Join yoga + meditation teacher Kate McCabe for an evening of rest, relaxation, and restoration of the mind, body, and spirit. This unique workshop draws upon the healing practices of restorative yoga, breath work, and guided meditation to powerfully reduce and eliminate stress and anxiety.
This thoughtfully combined medley of practices is designed to relieve stress, tension, and anxiety on a physiological level, and restore balance to the endocrine, hormonal, and nervous systems. You’ll leave feeling deeply rested, reenergized in mind and body, reconnected to your Self, and equipped with a handful of tools to assist you in times of stress and challenge.
Class will be supported and accompanied by aromatherapy and candlelight.
In addition to teaching yoga, Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, where she studied at length the relationship between meditation + mindfulness and mental health. She specializes in helping students overcome stress and anxiety through yoga, breathing, and meditation, and is excited to offer this integrated and deeply healing workshop.
Saturday, August 5th from 5-7 pm | $25 if registered before 7/22, $30 thereafter.
