Join yoga teacher, plant-based chef, and nutrition + wellness expert Kate McCabe for an afternoon of yoga, wellness, and mind-body renewal. Kate has combined her expertise in nutrition + yoga in this workshop designed to prepare the body + mind for the summer season.
We will discuss nutrition + lifestyle practices to implement for optimized daily detoxification and weight loss, followed by a 75-minute heated detox yoga + pranayama (breathing) practice designed to flush the lymphatic system, release toxins, cleanse the body, and reduce emotional stress.
Attendees will leave with a packet of take-home detox tips + recipes and a refreshing green smoothie.
