This unique workshop draws upon the healing practices of restorative yoga, breath work, and guided meditation to powerfully reduce and eliminate stress and anxiety on a physiological level, leaving you feeling more grounded, connected, and calm. This thoughtfully combined medley of practices is designed to relieve stress, physical tension, and anxiety and to restore balance to the endocrine, hormonal, and nervous systems.
In addition to teaching yoga, Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, where she studied at length the relationship between meditation + mindfulness and mental health. She specializes in helping students overcome stress and anxiety through yoga, breathing, and meditation, and is excited to offer this integrated and deeply healing workshop.
