Join yoga + meditation teacher Kate McCabe for an evening of rest, relaxation, and restoration of the mind, body, and spirit. This unique workshop draws on the healing practices of restorative yoga, guided meditation, and breathwork to tap into the body's natural relaxation response in order to relieve stress, restore energy, and reduce anxiety on a physiological level. Each of the included poses, meditations, and breathing techniques are designed to help you move through + release long-held emotions, stresses, and energies, so you may emerge feeling more grounded, with a handful of new tools to assist you during challenging times.
Class will be supported and accompanied by aromatherapy, hands-on assists + massage, and candlelight.
In addition to teaching yoga, Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, where she studied at length the relationship between meditation + mindfulness and mental health. She specializes in helping students overcome stress and anxiety through yoga, breathing, and meditation, and is excited to offer this integrated and deeply healing workshop.
