Guest Teaching: Solful Sunday

Join Kate for her signature Solful Flow class, taught at Zeal Yoga. This is an all-levels vinyasa class with an emphasis on getting out of our heads, into our bodies, and moving through resistance and stress. As always, class will end with a restorative savasana accompanied by light massage and aromatherapy towels.

Rest + Restore: Fall Into Relaxation

Embrace the transition into the darker, more introspective days of fall with this deeply relaxing and restorative workshop designed to restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. This unique workshop draws upon the healing practices of restorative yoga, breath work, and guided meditation to powerfully reduce and eliminate stress and anxiety on a physiological level, leaving you feeling more grounded, connected, and calm. This thoughtfully combined medley of practices is designed to relieve stress, physical tension, and anxiety and to restore balance to the endocrine, hormonal, and nervous systems. 

In addition to teaching yoga, Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, where she studied at length the relationship between meditation + mindfulness and mental health. She specializes in helping students overcome stress and anxiety through yoga, breathing, and meditation, and is excited to offer this integrated and deeply healing workshop.

$35 if registered before 11/6, $40 thereafter (if spots still available).

This seasonal yoga brunch will draw on the bright, fresh flavors + energy of summer to create a morning of yoga, connection, and swoon-worthy food not to be missed. Join yoga teacher + plant-based chef Kate McCabe for an energizing, detoxifying, and light-hearted Vinyasa yoga flow (open to all-levels). Class is followed by a sit-down brunch spread, abundant in the flavors and colors of summer's produce, imagined + created by Kate and (the incredible) Anna Kae of Love Well Kitchen
