SOL FOOD, Nº 10

SOL FOOD is a bi-monthly series detailing all the people, places, spaces, reads, objects, and foods that are inspiring, supporting, and fueling my journey at the moment. This short + sweet series was created in response to the enormous list of topics I never get the chance to post about and share with you all. Stop by every other Friday for a quick dose of inspiration and sol food.

Completely head over heels over this line of lux herbal supplements. As if the long list of incredible ingredients weren't enough (think: turmeric, maca, acai, algae, and four different medicinal mushrooms, ), the packaging is the chicest I have ever seen.

I've tried it and can finally weigh in: this dragonfruit and activated pearl coconut butter is truly as delicious as everyone says.

My favorite all-natural, hormone-balancing, and nervous system-nourishing sleep aid. Works like magic. And if you use discount code UMBA17_MCCABE, you'll receive 30% off this and any other Urban Moonshine products purchased online. You're welcome. ;)

For those of you who, like me, struggle constantly with the compulsive urge to check your phone: this.

Teaching a complementary yoga class here every Saturday morning for the rest of summer, and I hope to see and meet some local faces!

This Ayurvedic spot in the East Village is everything in way of thoughtful, balancing, and delicious fare.

The new must-have tonic herb blend for the modern woman.

In honor of my 26th birthday next week, I am offering 26% off all private yoga, meditation, and breathwork sessions now through the end of July. These can be scheduled one-on-one, or in a small group setting. I hope to connect with some of you soon!

Ohhhh be still my heart. Vegan chocolate that is refined sugar free AND coconut based. The Coconut Mylk Chocolate has become a fast favorite around here.

An interesting perspective on the Amazon-Whole Foods buy out.

A thought-provoking essay by my friend Lacy on labels, and why they're keeping you imprisoned in a life you could expand far beyond.

Swooning and daydreaming over each and every piece of this soon-to-be-launched collection, but especially this number.

How to use your energy (not your looks) to attract any man.

Coveting this high vibe blend of nutritives.

Also lusting after this gorgeous alternative to the sporty water bottle trend.

SO EXCITED to try this line - dubbed the anti-aging skincare for your 20s.

I'll ironically be in New York that week, but for those of you in South Florida, this pop-up event with Taryn Toomey's The Class is not to be missed. (And I'm not-so-patiently awaiting for her collaboration with lululemon to drop - July 6th! - if anyone needs birthday gift ideas for moi ;).

The ingredient that's been making its way into all my smoothies as of late.

My friend Jules Aron just released her newest book and it's everything in way of vegan, plant-based cheese. So stoked to dive in and start creating.

Yoga for trauma and mental health. (i.e., why I do what I do and believe so firmly in the practice's healing potential.)

Can't get enough of this ingredient for summer teas, smoothies, and desserts.

Obsessing over this line of whole food energy bars for fertility and hormone balance.

I've been revisiting this prosperity classic for renewed inspiration and direction. It's a must read for anyone and everyone exploring how to life with more flow, ease, and success.

Coveting just about every one of these flower remedies for emotional support. In the wake of some very exciting but ungrounding life shifts, I'm drawing upon all my tools and practices for internal balance. Thank you Lauren for introducing me to this line!

Bringing back this recipe from the solful summer archives.

Just announced my final Florida workshop until fall, RELAX and RESTORE: Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation for Stress and Anxiety. I'm limiting this speciality class to fifteen and anticipate the event selling out, so be sure to grab tickets soon.

Two words: pearl butter. (I'm coveting their algae-spiked brain butter, too).

I'm declaring this the official dress of summer. So cute, versatile, and sustainably made.

My friends at Urban Moonshine recently turned me on to their Linden Flower extract, which has become part of my daily regime for nervous system support.

In honor of their No Coffee Challenge, my favorite matcha company PANATĒA has shared a special discount with the Solful Health community. Use code SOLFUL15 for 15% off their matcha (which I swear and live by).

Discovered this incredible chocolate company during last weekend's holiday in Connecticut. Super clean ingredients (sweetened with pure maple syrup) and flavors like Maca Rose... done.

Next time you're in Brooklyn, eat here.

The app I'm using (and loving) to up my savings game.

THIS, because Florida mango season is finally upon us!

I'm hosting a medley of local workshops and events this month, and I'd love to see you there: Ayurveda + Yoga Workshop tomorrow (just a few spots left!), seasonal Yoga Brunch next weekend, and a Restorative Yoga and Breathwork Class for anxiety + stress as the end of the month.

Also! Running a summer special through the month of June on private/small group yoga, meditation, and breath work sessions: a series of three 75-minute sessions for $295 (normally $450). Sessions held in-person or via FaceTime. To reserve, email kate@solfulhealth.com.
