In light of Hurricane Irma and the devastation it's already caused in the Caribbean, here is a comprehensive list of charities to which you can donate funds and time. I feel extremely blessed to have had the means to secure my home, family, pets, and self in preparation for the storm, but thousands of fellow Americans did not have that luxury. Though the storm is not yet stateside, it's not too early to donate to groups that will be standing by and moving in to support those most effected.
