The ingredient that's been making its way into all my smoothies as of late.

My friend Jules Aron just released her newest book and it's everything in way of vegan, plant-based cheese. So stoked to dive in and start creating. 

Yoga for trauma and mental health. (i.e., why I do what I do and believe so firmly in the practice's healing potential.)

Can't get enough of this ingredient for summer teas, smoothies, and desserts. 

Obsessing over this line of whole food energy bars for fertility and hormone balance. 

I've been revisiting this prosperity classic for renewed inspiration and direction. It's a must read for anyone and everyone exploring how to life with more flow, ease, and success.  

Coveting just about every one of these flower remedies for emotional support. In the wake of some very exciting but ungrounding life shifts, I'm drawing upon all my tools and practices for internal balance. Thank you Lauren for introducing me to this line!
