SOL FOOD is a bi-monthly series detailing all the people, places, spaces, reads, objects, and foods that are inspiring, supporting, and fueling my journey at the moment. This short + sweet series was created in response to the enormous list of topics I never get the chance to post about and share with you all. Stop by every other Friday for a quick dose of inspiration and sol food.

The nature of my career has me on social media + online  far more than I'd like to admit, and I have definitely noticed a difference in my mental + emotional wellbeing as a result. This guide and this article could not have fallen into my lap at a more divine time. I'm actually planning the first of a series of digital detoxes this weekend!

For those of you who asked from my Instagram post last week, this is the immune-boosting tonic that I won't travel without. It's an Ayurvedic mix of different herbal extracts that you simply add to your drinking water.

Looking forward to making this savory dish in the next week or so! Just sourced black garlic for the first time and cannot wait to try it out.

A pranayama technique I have been incorporating into my own practice, as well as my classes for others. Because we all need less emotional commotion, am I right?

At the recommendation of Annie Bodmer (the beauty behind She's In the Glow), I have been totally hooked on this all-natural body moisturizer.

I shared some advice on entrepreneurship, afternoon snacking, and reducing daily stress with my friend (and digital marketing guru) Michelle, which you can read here.

To any South Florida locals: add this spot to your must visit list. The women behind JIVA Active have created a truly gorgeous shop curated with items for mindful living that you are sure to swoon over. The space even includes a yoga studio (which you can catch me teaching at weekly).

Full on obsessed with the scent of this aura-purifying spray

Happening next Friday, March 31st: an evening of mindfulness, yoga, and business. To any of you who are currently entrepreneurs (or are contemplating taking the leap), this workshop is not to be missed. I'm really excited to be sharing for the first time the tools + practices (both spiritual + practical) that have helped me create and maintain a successful business.
