Turmeric + Honey Grapefruit Brûlée

A simple, playful, and nutrient-rich recipe that brings a whole new meaning to #lazyfancy food. I've been serving this as a light starter at breakfast - be it for a group of friends + family at a weekend brunch, or just me and my boyfriend before heading off to work on a Tuesday.

It's a totally fool-proof recipe and method (granted you keep a close eye on the broiler) that supplies the body with a medley of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Among the benefits of this simple snack are increased immunity, brighter skin, boosted metabolic activity, and potent anti-inflammation within the body + mind for heightened energy, elevated mood, improved memory, weight-loss, and disease prevention. 

Though it's been part of my breakfast of choice recently (usually preceded by a sugar-free green juice and followed by avocado toast and fried eggs), this grapefruit brûlée makes an equally delicious and wholesome dessert post-dinner.
