Since beginning kundalini meditation sessions with Desiree of Benshen at the end of 2016, I have never (ever) felt better. This girl is a real deal healer + guide, bringing the transformative, cosmic teachings of kundalini yoga down to earth for applied use. The shifts I've experienced since committing to this practice (in mind, body, relationships, and career) have been nothing short of miraculous. If you've been feeling blocked, I highly recommend booking a session.
I know I've mentioned it a few times already, but this book has been bringing a whole new life + energy to my kitchen as of late.
