Coconut Matcha Ice Cream

I'm back with PANATĒA for the second solful recipe in our matcha series. And you guys, this is a good one. Super creamy coconut and matcha ice cream (sans the cream, of course).

While I naturally gravitate more towards savory treats than sweet, I know many of my clients + readers have a sweet tooth that can be a struggle to satisfy in healthy ways. Created without using refined sugar, gluten, dairy, or soy, this recipe is skin nourishing, hormone balancing, metabolism boosting, detoxifying, and mood enhancing.
